The Mossy Creek Dairy Dove Field is a 140-acre property located near Cleveland. This property offers hunting opportunities for dove. Hunters may start checking in at 5:30 a.m. on the morning of the hunt and can hunt until noon. No blinds, buckets, seats or other devices may be placed on the field until the hunter has checked in. No standbys.
The London Farms Dove Field is a 70-acre property located near Cleveland. This property offers quota hunts for dove. Selected hunters may start checking in at noon each day. No blinds, buckets, seats or other devices may be placed on the field until the hunter has checked in. No standbys. Selected hunters may bring up to two guests.
The Rocky Mountain Archery Range is located on Rocky Mountain Recreation & PFA in Floyd County.
Conasauga WMA is located in Murray County. No camping is allowed on the property. Closed to all other hunting during quota waterfowl hunts. No ATVs.
Nashville Tract VPA is a 101-acre property located in Georgia's coastal plains. Hunting opportunities include deer, turkey and small game. Hunters utilizing this area for deer or turkey hunting should be sure to check their game using Georgia Game Check and select the Private Land option.
Arrowhead is located at the Wildlife Resources Division Game Management Section Regional office near Armuchee. The 337-acre Wildlife Management Area was originally a farming community and later developed into a privately-owned fish hatchery. Bought by the state in 1968, the hatchery was operational until 1979. Today, the 14 hatchery ponds are currently used to aid in the management of waterfowl and wildlife. The site also offers a 2.2-mile interpretive nature trail that encompasses both forested and wetland habitats.
