  1. Applicable if operator is 12 to 15 years of age.
  2. Those on PWCs must wear a personal flotation device (PFD) at all times.
  3. Those under the age of 13 must wear a PFD at all times while on any moving vessel.
  4. Required on inboards and stern drives only.
  5. Required on federally controlled waters.
  6. Not applicable to PWCs because PWCs are not allowed to operate between sunset and sunrise.
