Location: SunTrust Plaza Tower, Atlanta
This cam focuses on peregrine falcons nesting on a SunTrust Plaza Tower balcony more than 50 stories above Atlanta. Nesting typically occurs February-May. Unfortunately, in 2016 the peregrines did not nest on the balconies. Although no other nest was found at the building, a juvenile peregrine was seen there in July. DNR and partners hope the peregrines return to their usual SunTrust nest sites this year (as well as to the state's only known "wild" nest site at Tallulah Gorge State Park). At SunTrust, the camera is ready and waiting!
